This Rose of Sharon lured me from inside the church window in Michigan. You could see the Pink Rose of Sharon bush behind the bell in the below pictures. The ceremony was over so I took a little break to go outside and admire the beautiful color and it's freshness.
The purple leaves are from a different type of plant, but it mixed so well, I would have had them together in a vase if I had them both.
Thanks for stopping by today.

Gorgeous color of this flower. My rose of sharon is lighter pink..The bell is fantastic too, and looks like T is enjoying it!
ReplyDeleteLove that mosaic of blooms...the pinks are all incredible! Great bell as well, I love that little girl trying to pull the rope - so cute!

Wow..the color is so intense and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThe bell looks exactly like the flower. They're the same shape. Lovely pics.

ReplyDeleteLove the color of the flowers, so pretty.
ReplyDeleteThe first rose of sharon is the color of mine. I have been adding my petals (once they fall) to my tea. I have a very spicy Chai tea it goes well in.
ReplyDelete@Chesney that little girl is my daughter, she is one of the stars on SS. Thanks for the compliment on the mosaic and the little girl. Smiles.
ReplyDelete@Anne Lyken-Garner I think you are right Anne, now that you've pointed out the shape of both the bell and the flower.
