Thanksgiving was the perfect opportunity for me to bake since we had extra time off. These cookies remind me of the ones I had on a Christmas cruise many moons ago. It was a fabulous trip. Part of a Christmas gift to SO because I was lucky to be offered a last minute discount cruise. My travel agent was so good to us, she even throw in a food basket. That was when Amanda met the cookie of her dreams. Since then I reminisced how good the first bite was with my morning cup of coffee.
Thanks for stopping by today.
