Serve with your favorite Corelle dish or bowl. I don't know about you, but I can't have enough of the Corelle dishwares. They are light and appropriate for any occasion.
I won't go into the full recipe, but will list all the ingredients I used in this noodle soup. If you have questions, leave them in the comment, I will get back to you as soon as I can. My posts will be brief most probably until the end of April as I have hot stuff cooking right now and need to give them my full attention.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound of shrimp peeled and de-vein. Ground by the chopping method or in the food processor.
1 16 oz chicken broth.
1 table spoon shrimp paste
1 bag of Udon noodles
1 Yellow onion chopped into little 1/2 squares, seasoned, and browned
1 hand full sliced thin cabbage , or bean sprouts
1 bunch of cilantro
1 sesame rice paper cracker
