Last week I asked for suggestions to Thursday Two Questions Meme. I received a suggestion which might be of interest to everyone. The suggestion was to allow Thursday Two Questions to be Thursday Two Thoughts as well. Since sometimes the questions could be a bit of a challenge to come up with, especially when we have to consider the audience and the publicity nature of blogs. I thought that might help the Meme to be a bit more entertaining and less of a stress, since stress is the last thing we need every Thursday. So I am openning up the floor to take a vote. Please let me know in the comments what you think of this idea. Have a great weekend and thank you.

I think you should keep the questions and if people want to put down thoughts, that would be fine too.

ReplyDeleteI think it's a good idea however you have to think of the fact that Thursday Two Questions meme is already familiar and found online easily through a search. Whenever you change a name it's like starting from scratch as far as searches and gaining traffic.
Wonderful idea! I like that! It will still keep the conversation flowing, but should it be one thought and one question so as not to be one sided?
ReplyDeleteThat's an interesting 'thought'. I like the interaction of the questions but there are times it's hard to come up with questions each week.
ReplyDeleteMaybe keep it as Thursday Two Questions (cause I like the button) but allow folks to post thoughts if they like.
I think that if you made it so that the person has a choice between leaving questions or thoughts, you'd open it to more possibilities.

I like the way it is! Usually for me, I write down a thought, which brings on questions, and I have no trouble coming up with questions. Also, Jo is right, Thursday Two Questions have already cached, changing it will confuse the search engine.
