Bo Nhung Dam |Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll
Beef,  Shrimp, and Cuttlefish

The Seafood and Beef combo is one of our favorites. We celebrate the weekend with this dish, usually on Friday nights. We would spend quality time together, cooking and wrapping these very thin slices of beef steak with herbs and salad. The only trouble is, the meat has to be ready. Although it is hard to remember to take the meat out from the freezer before I leave in the morning.
Have you seen the awesome CAA55 Fridge Freezer? It is so compact, light weight, reasonable, and A+ energy rating that you can fit them anywhere. Do you have an extra freezer in your house?

This is a friendly dish for a group of people. Bo Nhung Dam or Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll is quite simple to prepare and caters to both seafood and non seafood eaters.

The main ingredients are thinly sliced steak, peeled deveined shrimps, and cleaned cuttlefish filets. The dipping broth is made of vinegar, lime, onions, scallions, bit of salt and pepper to taste. Rice paper, and fresh lettuce and herbs, warm water to dip the rice paper in.
