Is Working in a Hospital Like Grey's Anatomy?

I don't know what it would be like to work in a hospital. According to my sister, it is not like Grey's Anatomy. There is no gossip and exciting relationships brewing. I hope the kids growing up don't think that being a nurse and doctor they will have lives like Isobel 'Izzie' Stevens or Preston Burke. Working as a nurse or doctor is like working in other industries. Relationships and gossips are not encouraged. What you will see is a lot of sick people and medical carts. The show Grey's Anatomy is entertaining and some what far from the truth environment of a real doctor or nurse.

    I didn't think in the real hospital has the same mentality, gossip, and relationship, especially toward patients, like in Grey's Anatomy.
