Egg Salad Raisin Pinwheels: Easy Snacks Recipe
Ingredients
3 hard boil eggs - mashed lightly
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 celery stalk sliced thin or chopped like raisin size
1 tbsp of raisins
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper - ground
8 slices sandwich bread
Preparation:
Combine mashed hard-boiled eggs, raisins, sliced celery, mayonnaise. Trim the crust from a slice of bread and press to flatten. Spread with a layer of egg salad, then roll and secure with a toothpick.

I absolutely LOVE egg salad, but I am the only one in my house that does, so I rarely make it. These sound so good, that it might be worth making it and eating them ALL :)
