Once in a while one of my sisters would send an image through text of a dish that they love, are having, or made. Then eventually we all would get the bug to make some, or eat some. Well, you know where I am going with this post. Recently it was the Miso Ramen Soup that started the chain of images from the different versions in the different states.
What you see below are the vegetarian versions and the spicy versions. The images came from Precious Sewing Box Etsy, Icy Society6, You You, and Mona.
A couple of points to consider, but it comes down to the your taste and your willingness to risk the side affects:
1) When you make the soups at home, it can be very healthy, since we strive to use the best noodles, broth, onions and other ingredients are carefully picked and cooked to the way we like.
2) The restaurant style is more appetizing, they use colors in ingredients and in broth to make the soup more enticing. The taste is much more flavorful.
Can you tell which is homemade and which is not?
