It's getting cold outside and we are looking for warm food. Clam chowder is a nice comfort soup to fall back on especially when you like seafood. I've searched and tried a recipe recently and didn't like how it turned out. So I am going a bit lazy this time. I've bought the brine from Swanson and will be using the Campbell Kitchen recipe to make our New England Clam Chowder soup. I haven't made it yet, but can't wait to try. It seems easy enough and for working people with a kid in Challenger, we need all the shortcuts we can get!
