Cabbage, Cucumbers, and Mango Salad



Craving for something healthy, light, colorful, easy, cold,  crunchy, tangy and tasty? This salad will surely fit all of those tastebuds. Introducing my fast slap it together salad that you will love and come back for more.


Recipe ingredients: 
Grab a red cabbage, and slice thinly about a cup full.
Slice 1/2 a cup of firm yellow mango 1/4 inch or less thickness. Why mango? Because mango has a lot of health benefits. So curious for more mango salad recipes? How about: Goi Banh Trang, Rice Paper Salad, or Mango with Baby Springs Salad.

Lastly, slice thinly about 3/4 persian cucumbers. Mix them all together and put in the refrigerator while preparing your dressing.

To make the dressing I used this Sweet Sour cucumber salad dressing recipe and added garlic chilli paste. Bring out the veggies from the refrigerator and spoon some dressing over this cool yummy full of flavor and crisp salad. Enjoy!
