Guest Blogger: Trinity
Hi, My name is Trinity and I am a guest blogger for this Pink Saturday. I am 29 months old and as you can see, I LOVE pink! Below are some pictures of me and my dad when we were car shopping this past week. Dad saw this pink car and thought maybe I should give it a test drive.
Dad showed me all the gadgets on the dash board and where the horn is in case someone is in my way. He said this car also comes with an MP3 player and he could hook up Old McDonald Had a Farm for me. I am so excited, I think this will be a lot of fun!
I can't believe I am finally sitting in my dream car. It's a great feeling when you don't have to depend on your parents, or the strollers to get around. This could mean I can drive to the park and play on the slides when my mom is too busy to take me. Well, maybe not without mom, or dad.
The car drove smoothly and dad said I was doing a very good job at steering. Dad told me we have to go "negotiate" with the salesman. I just hope he is a good "negotiator!"
Thanks for your visit, I am glad you've found your way here. Please leave me a comment so that I can find my way to you.

ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteThis is just to darn cute now. I love it. That little precious Trinity just stole this Grammy's heart. She sure did play the part well.
I have a sneaky suspicion that she got that little pink car, because I am sure she convinced her Daddy to negotiate well. Even tip if he had to. I love it sweetie. This is just precious.
Thanks for sharing this Pink Saturday post with me.
Country hugs sweetie..>Sherry
What a lucky young lady you are to get your dream car at such a young age. I hope your father negotiated well. Now, be sure to always fasten your seatbelt before taking off.
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday, Amanda.

ReplyDeleteSome Gals have all the Pink Luck, and looks like you're one of them with your first 'Wheels' and an MP3 Player, too! Wow! What's your favorite song? I bet you'll be lucky in CollectInTexas Gal's Pink Plate GiveAway, too! Come on over and SignUp and take some PinkPlate Spinnin Lessons...you'll be as good at that as you are at driving!
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful images. I loved moments like these. Now my daughter is older and these moments take a different shape. But the good things that happen now are the result of good moments like this back then. God bless.

ReplyDeleteYou are as cute as your car, Trinity! Would love to own a pink car too! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm a day late and a dollar short☺ Was able to leave some messages for Pink Saturday yesterday and finishing up today. Over the holidays I was MIA from PS and really missed it but knew that I wouldn't be able to visit many blogs. I'm back today and must say that it feels so good to visit familiar places - like coming home again.
ReplyDeleteToday you made my little, pinkie ♥ smile. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely blog. Hoping this next week is filled with sunshine and the laughter of friends and family☺
Is your Dad a good negotiator? And did he let you take your pink dream car home at all? I pray neither he nor the salesman disappoint you. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy pinky driving!
Wonderful series of shots! I want to drive the pink car too. :)
ReplyDeleteHello Trinity,
ReplyDeleteI really like your car and it looks like you are a very safe driver.
Judy
@PreciousKDoanAh, I never got it Auntie, but soon enough...:-)
ReplyDelete@Country Wings in PhoenixDad decided to play hard to get and ended up that they were both hard bargainers.
ReplyDelete@BeverlyThanks for the advice, that was a really good one. I used to have a huge problem with my second kid about safety belts.
ReplyDelete@SuzanneYes, I have daddy wrapped around my fingers more and more each day...:-)
ReplyDelete@Bird learning to fly...Awww. It turned out that you and mom actually became friends. That's cute.
ReplyDelete@ClaudiaThanks Mis Claudia, I still haven't driven the car yet...I am still working on getting the keys!
ReplyDelete@Icy BCShe is pretty lucky, but dad ran the show on this one Auntie.
ReplyDelete@CollectIn Texas GalWow! What was mom doing? She probably didn't even know what a give away was back then. Ah..too bad I missed it.
ReplyDelete@SandyCarlsonThey grow up too fast. Trinity is now 28 months, a year later. It's crazy how fast time flies.
ReplyDelete@Marjorie (Molly) SmithI am glad you had the chance to stop by and see what we do on weekends. It was so nice and warm too.
ReplyDelete@Diann @ The Thrifty GroovePretty cute indeed. I love the way my dad was having such a hard time not buying. hehe
ReplyDelete@xinexMy guest blogger still has so much to do and get. Mom and I are still negotiating with "dad" this time.
ReplyDelete@someplace in thymeDaddy will be the one to buy me the first car, mom said he is responsible....LOL
ReplyDelete@Terri MorseNow you got a point! What in the world was I thinking, I should have flash those long lashes at that poor sales man.
ReplyDelete@LVChildren warms your heart, but can boil it too. In this case, it was a cheery event. :-)
ReplyDelete@BethieJAh, no. I never got it, but I haven't given up yet...
ReplyDelete@ThriftyAnnabellaThe car is really cute, are you kiddin me, I would have love to have a couple!
ReplyDelete@gYes this is one of the things mom encourage more. I really love to spend time with my daddy though, he is a lot of fun. He makes the best duck voice.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliment. I don't want to damage the new car either. It is way to cute for that.
ReplyDelete@Yvonne @ StoneGableNo kiddin huh? I should be listening to the radio either, mom said it is too distracting for a first time driver.
ReplyDelete@Diane AZYes, it is a wonderful day with my parents. Pink is the color I love so.
ReplyDelete@betchaiMom loves pink too, I think she had too much blues with my brotherS!
ReplyDelete@Poetic ShutterbugA styling and smiling little girl. She is a cutie Jo.
ReplyDelete@TesThey both could go in my pink collection. The car and the daughter. Smiles.
ReplyDelete@♥Mimi♥Thanks for coming by, it's never too late, as long as you come by. Smiles.
ReplyDelete@Bonnie BonsaiWell, one good thing is that dad is a good negotiator, so he left, and said it was not good enough for him. The second good part is that it is still my dream car, and I still own that dream. Smiles.
ReplyDelete@Stine in OntarioYes what would it be like if they did actually make pink cars and all the women drive the pink cars?
ReplyDelete@SquirrelQueenShe is a good girl, and adventurous, so safe? Not sure about that but she does listen, so that is a good thing.
