Loren's Passionate Kiss from a Parakeet

Have you ever been kissed by a parakeet? I believe the parakeet was only supposed to put his beak against your face, but this one really went for Loren's lips.

As you can see, this bird totally took advantage of my SO...but then again, Loren had his eyes closed...so I guess it must have been mutual, or extremely cautious.

      It's cute? That is way too much for me to take - made me jealous! LOL The bird only kissed the rest of us on the cheek, but he got a FRENCHIE. :-)

    This is a great picture - what a nice capture.

    Funny story. Growing up we had a parrot named Clone. He would give kisses too. One day I said, "Clone, give a kiss?" When I put my lips up to his beak he grabbed onto my bottom lip so intensely that his beak went right through the skin. It was the kiss that had gone terribly, terribly wrong. Talk about painful!

    Needless to say, I no longer kiss parrots, or any birds for that matter......lol Tell SO that one! His kissing bird days may soon be over! lol!

    That's so cute, we used to have Cockatiels and they would take sunflower seeds from our mouths and pick at teeth.
